Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is the Mansion Included in my venue rental? Yes for 3 hours

  • What is the parking situation? There is plenty of parking for a 200 person wedding

  • Can we leave cars over night? Unfortunately no there is no over night parking

  • What is the max the venue can hold? We provide tables and chairs for 200, we have done weddings up to 230 but please note this limits your layouts, and you will have to rent additional tables and chairs.

  • Can we rent more time if needed? Absolutely, its $200 per additional hour in the barn. City ordinance is 10pm however so you can add hours before but the event still must end by 10pm

  • Do we have to use one of your caterers? We highly recommend that you do use one of our Amazing caterers, however there is an $800 buy out option to bring in your own licensed and insured caterer.

  • Can we have Alcohol? We allow beer, wine, champagne and one pre mixed signature cocktail.

  • Is there heat or AC in the barn? YES to both!

  • Are there restrooms? There are restrooms in both the barn and the mansion.
